Monthly Tip – Adding a Signature Question to a Survey

 

Adding a signature question to a survey is very easy. Simply add a free text question to your survey:

Then write something like: “Please sign this interview” as the question text:

Next, go to the “Answers” tab and check the “Show as signature” option

On the preview pane you should see the signature preview:
